Lovely restaurant with a stunning view of the cathedral! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable — overall, a Fantastic experience. We tried different tapas - mix of croquettes, fried aubergine with honey, padrón peppers, prawns, and calamari. The fried aubergine was absolutely heavenly, and the sangria was very refreshing. The only slight letdown was the calamari, as the squid didn’t taste as fresh as expected. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would happily return!
Really good restaurant with the stunning view next to the cathedral. The food was amazing and the service was very nice. I had dorada (sea bream) and it was delicious and juicy. The prices are similar as in the other restaurants in the city centre, affordable. I recommend this place, you won’t regret.
We visited this restaurant a few times during our vacation. Overall, it’s a very good restaurant, with an incredible view directly of the cathedral – a wonderful place to spend time and enjoy lunch or dinner. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is good, though not everything is perfect. All the dishes look great, and we tried several different ones. I definitely recommend ordering the dorada fish – it was very tasty, especially with the vegetables and potatoes, which paired perfectly with the fish. We also liked the garlic shrimp, the Caesar salad was good, but the paella didn’t impress us. It looked amazing, but the taste wasn’t quite there – almost no seasoning. However, it did have plenty of meat and seafood. Overall, the experience was very positive.
great place if you are looking for a scenic view for your dinner. we had seafood paella - more on the expensive side but it was really good and the frozen pina coladas were amazing - however, service wasn’t great, we waited around 20min to actually get a table for our paella and had limited space to eat. overall recommend!
Excellent service, very attentive and attractive waiters. Food was delish too and very reasonably priced considering the quality and location of the restaurant. I noticed a friend dropped their napkin on the ground and then just picked it up; the waiter noticed and silently and smoothly swapped the dropped napkin with a Fresh one without a fuss of even my friend noticing. an example of above and beyond quality service.
Wonderful view as it’s very close to cathedral - very charming atmosphere. We ordered jar of sangria and paella with squid and prawns. Can recommend this place for sangria and just chilling close to cathedral. However cannot recommend the paella. It was mediocre, not spiced enough. The prawns were not cleaned beforehand overall good place for drinks
The food was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, and the location is nice, offering a great view of the cathedral. Prices are reasonable for the quality and setting. Just one tip: it’s best to reserve a table in advance, as it can get quite busy. Totally recommended!
We had a 5/5 experience at TATANEGRO! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent. Service was relaxed and never rushed, which made for a really nice atmosphere. Even though we didn’t finish our desserts, they kindly let us take them with us … such a nice touch. Drinks were generous, and they even offered a liqueur shot at the end of the meal. Overall, a very, very good experience and the first restaurant we’ve been to here… highly recommend!
